1.The print campaign links to the TV commercials as it shows a good time turning bad when there is too much alcohol involved. The commercials on TV start the story with a good mood of partying and drinking and finish with a bad turn. The print campaign does the same thing.
2. I think the print campaign and TV ad communicate their message very effectively. They use situations that are real and that anyone can relate to, whether they have seen it or been involved in something similar.
3. This campaign is targeting young people to encourage them not to binge drink or drink too much. This is because of the information given on the ad.
4. I do think this campaign s effective as they use situations that actually occur.
5. Different ways the photographer or creative director could have put over the same message:
1. first picture- getting ready for the night. second picture- hospital bed or bloody face etc.
2. Do something like the smoking campaign showing organs and show the effects that drinking has on the liver.
B. Toyota Hybrid Camry ad.
Can't find the print online but will have it in class.
1.This print campaign links to the commercials as it has one of the main characteristics of the commercial in it. Which is the people jumping in celebration for the car.
2. I believe the TV ad is more effective in communicating the message as it grabs the audience more by being fun, colourful and different. The print is not as effective and it definitely helps if you have seen the TV commercial to understand the print.
3. This campaign is targeting anyone that wants a new car but is also caring for the environment. As it is more fuel efficient and has less emissions.
4. I think it is an effective advertising campaign as long as the TV commercial is seen as well.
5. although it is a sign of cleanliness, maybe the creative director could use more nature in the print instead of white. Just to show it is more environmentally friendly then other cars.
